Mannat may understand since he was misled but how does he forgive himself. He can't be angry on anyone since Mannat tried several times to inform him. His daughter has a happy life. For her there is a possibility that he will carry on "the lie" and maintain his status quo of chef star. At least for some time. The sacrifice that Ronnie spoke about has to fit in somewhere

He needs to understand that at times lies are not said with intent to cause pain but to protect. That's the only way he is going to understand why Mannat kept quiet about RoTu. (I'm not comparing the magnitude of lies --just reason why someone might do so which Vikrant seems incapable of comprehending.)

Sorry to say, but i prefer him over Yuvi anyday. I so hope they either keep indore side for good amount of time or make some arrangements to move him to Mumbai as well, don't wanna lose that cutie! He acts far better than all 3 vamps combined😂

From what I see... he knows Vik wont kill Vish... so there's no life threat to Vik.

Secondly he has been manipulated. DK Mannat and RoTu gang have been fooled to believe Vik doesnt want anything from them. To them he has refused his own child... thats the level of anger they have seen with him.

Its still being set up but it looks like Mannat is boss of the house and her decisions matter. If she has decided to end things with Vik... no one would take a step to go against her.

Even if DK goes and talks to him, you think Vik is going to listen... he wont... even now after 7 years!!!

But most importantly if DK does this, corrects the situation... there would not have been a need for leap and DKs character would end soon as well... both dont work from the shows POV. Also it will make him better than Vik... to the level of Mannat where she tried everything in her power...

Bold black - why would he not believe Vikrant is in danger is what I am confused. Vish poisoned Dadi and eventually killed her per DK and I fact he hid her because they feared for her life, what stops her from poisoning Vikrant so he stays in control ?

Bold Red - during leap I don't care, I wanted to see him atleast try to talk to his brother who he was searching for 25+ years. The way he shifted his priorities to Mannat after EB her into silence looked like he abandoned Vikrant knowingly what Vish is capable off. For me Its more about did he try or not, not if he was successful and he didn't try even once 🙈.

The fight between DK and Vikrant ensured that DK wouldn't go after Vikrant. He has spent his life trying to find his brother and the brother he found raised his hand on him and thought the worst of him that he could get involved with his wife. DK also lost that day. His mother destroyed his brother's life and he was left trying to pick up those pieces so that his brother's family does not end up on the street. Vikrant hasn't exactly portrayed a good picture of himself.

red.... DK was ready to hide the truth and leave... he had already shifted priorities towards Mannat long before the wedding drama happened. He never intended to reveal the truth "after seeing how happy Vikku was in his life and he couldnt tell him how their own mom sold him" DKs words in the mandap if my BTS memory is correct.

Vahi to.... Vik doesnt want anything to do with anyone of them.... this is what they got to see.... Vik even rejected his own child... what more can anyone try?

this is a gross misunderstanding and nothing DK is going to do will make a difference. Moreover sach gang is being led to believe its Viks doing and not Vish/Malla or Aish ka influence. All of them will melt the day they know he was not aware.

Episode was good. Another summary of the leap.

Starts with birthday tribute to Mr. Khan with his fav costar dancing in a dream sequence.

In Mumbai brat Yuvi and his friend have a kididsh argument and the other kid falls on the oil, Vik saves him gets called BDB by the boys mom, reiterated by Y (she doesnt know the reference).

Malla declares for the audience that one and only person Vik loves and hates is Mannat. Y cant take that place ever.

Vik gets upset and goes to his room. Takes out Mannats crumpled picture, recalls the good moments including terrace wedding and wishes for pain for her (same as precap).

Y comes and hugs him and he says he will come downstairs.

In indore Mannat gets smoothie for Neetu prepared by Dua (on Viks instructions as we know later). Neetu mentions Vik. Neetu is completely heartbroken and ill.

Mannat looks for Dua everywhere. Dua is with bunty.

She loves Vik.. calls him chef star. Through Bunty Dua convo we get to know Mannat doesnt know Dua watches Viks videos, hates Mumbai and Dua wants Mannat to fall in love with Vik. Mannat wants Dua to become top chef of the country and Dua thinks her chef star/Vik is going to help her fulfill that dream. Vik announces a special thing for next days live

Mannat finds her with Bunty ...cute sa scene.

Dua goes home. People are going to be upset to see DK braiding Duas hair and tending to her. Today he says Papa... which Dua assumes to be him.

Dua DK convo about food, mom and emotions and she plays the Mannat song which shocks Mannat. She sees DK Dua dancing ... Dua pulls her in and Mannat imagines Vik. Lovely scene as expected between our gorgeous leads.

In Mumbai... Vik is sitting down after the live. Y comes in, spots Malla in corridor and deliberately locks the room. Shows her clingy behaviour and tries to kiss Vik which Malla spoils.

For the second time... Malla was ManVik shipper 🤣🤣🤣

Precap is Dua making amends to Kaddu aunty by making sugar spirals the way Vik taught Mannat.

Ss guy in his updates had said DK has developed feelings for Mannat. If it was for this dance scene.. then no... grossly misunderstood. 🤦‍♀️

They really need to keep a good balance between mumbai side and indore side because mumbai side is plain boring and superficial. All three ladies trying to have an upper hand over Vikrant and one brat kid. Malla and Yashika catfight over Vikrant is pure cringe and I'm hoping against hope mannat will never do this.

Both Vikrant and Mannat are hurt by the past but their coping mechanism is quite different, maybe its due to the people who have surrounded them. Mannat has a task in the form of her kid for which she works, also her attention is divided into rotu, household and her shop, meanwhile Vikrant is truly stuck. Maybe because he hasn't gotten a closure which he wanted and on top of that he is surrounded by superficial people who havent understood him at all. All the relations are there due to some agenda. It seems like he didn't expect that Mannat one day wont forgive him ever and will cut off contact with him, because this has never happened with them. He has always gotten Mannat back through a fight or apology, but he never expected Mannat to abandon him and that wound cuts him deep.

I absolutely adore indore scenes. All of them have that etching hurt in their heart but they still choose to move on and live. There is some sort of domesticity which makes them appear as a normal middle class family. Ronnie was watching tv, mannat was taking care of neetu's food, dhairya was taking care of dua, mannat looking for dua everywhere, such a subtle normalcy. Thats why i am not mad that they kept Mannat middle class. This is exactly how Vikrant will learn.

I loved dk and dua scenes. I'm glad atleast dua is not yet traumatized and living a healthy childhood with good parenting figures around her. It ached me abit when I saw dk doing her braids and applying lotion as their routine but then, this is Vikrant's punishment which he himself has called upon him. Dk has done many fumbles in the past but he is also kinda praying price for it. When he could have had his own family, he is salvaging his brother's mistakes and taking care of his abandoned family by stepping up. He has not replaced him in rotu and mannat's life because he is aware of what vikrant was to them, but he is just protecting little dua so that she doesnt suffer from the same trauma which they all have suffered. He kind of reliving aman's childhood through his daughter and thats really sweet. Vikrant has an uphill task for him ahead.

Mannat..... I truly feel bad for her. Her heart is wounded and it still aint healed. I feel the healing will start when she will know that vikrant didnt reject their child, but still there is a long way to go. Dcp and her have a good respectful relationship with each other and they have divided their tasks subconsiously as a team. Makers better start working on Vikrant asap. Here we see DK being the strongest support to Vikrant's family and then there we see Vikrant still being a stuck up, letting all the ladies be in his personal space and taking care of some random ass people. Trp aunties many a times have a memory of a goldfish, I dont think they will remember dcp's kaands as much as we do, so they might start getting familiar with dua dcp mannat setup and root for them as a family more. Vikrant is def a victim but few of his choices have also called for his destruction, they better start addressing that.

Dua loved Vikrant the Chef and he is an inspiration to hecome a great chef. Mannat in her eatery is not the chef vikrant comes across in Duas mind. Children love people they love to admire what they admire so Dua hopes Mannat will fall in love with rhe Chef that Vikrant is
