And i just know, that if the movie had failed, all the blame would have gone to Ranveer, not on akshay, not arjun, madhavan or sanjay, not even on aditya dhar, Ranveer would have been given all the blame for it. And now that the movie is success, I can see the haters trying all they can to discredit Ranveer this is Ranveer's film and it always will be! He gets just as much credit for the success, all of his costars have been writing the most wonderful things about him, how he would stay until the last shot of the day even when he had shot his portions, they spoke about how supportive and helpful he was during the shoot, even motivating the whole team to get through the shoot. He transformed physically and mentally for this film, He is a gem of an actor and he is here to stay!

Zara…I know exactly what you mean and resonate 100% with it….Congratulations to you too …We all deserve this moment of pride and happiness for staying by him through his leanest phase. It is so so soooo good to see him getting the recognition he so very well deserves….

Ranveer is so lucky to have a well wisher and fan like you, btw…

He is a bundle of talent and it was just a matter of time before he found his rhythm back. No one can stop a hard working guy with genuine talent from succeeding….he is going to reach greater and greater heights with his sheer talent. Like Hamza says, nazar and sabr!

Cannot wait for the part 2 when everything is going to be much more than this….🤞

Monday evening and literally ALL shows are running on houseful….found some not so comfortable seats (again) for the late night show. Yes, going back for the second time with a different group this time.☺️

The only ones who tweeted or posted about the film from the industry are arjun kapoor, sid anand, vijay devrakonda, milap zaveri, actor jiva, shashank kaitan, anupam kher. Deepika did and she is ranveer's wife. Nobody else has tweeted or posted about it, no other actors or actresses. Pretty telling about the so called unity in this industry, they only show suppprt and unity when it serves them

Who really cares. Let them stuff it in….I bet they all have already watched the movie and silently crying in a corner….not everyone can be large hearted like Ranveer who showers praises on their colleagues unabashedly….

Ranveer truly has a big heart, he has praised everyone in the industry, from newcomers to legends.

And thankyou for believing in him us ranveer fans never left his side, always believed and supported him no matter how difficult and tough things got, becuase we know how talented and hard working he is and that he is a good person, he deserves all this success!

What a technically sound and well crafted film!!! A rarity in Bollywood lately. The scale and ambition of Dhar is astounding but what is even more incredible is how he brought it all to life. Sound, editing, screenplay, cinematography, art direction, acting all get full marks from me. Dhar's effort and research is visible in the detailing they have done. To weave a story around a fictional character in a real world setting amongst actual people and events and to do it so seamlessly deserves all the praise. Kudos to the entire team!!

Every single actor performed so well, from the main star cast to even the supporting roles. Akshaye was stupendous and Ranveer so intense and guarded, one cannot even remember them as actors essaying the role but the real characters cause they lived it. Special mention to Rakesh Bedi and Arjun Rampal for being stellar as well. Sanju baba brought in his swag and required heft to the role. Sara was good too in the parts given to her.

Part 2 cannot come sooner and the teaser at the end of it was so hype, had many in my theater clapping. One of the most well cut teasers I have seen!!!

A 5 star to the movie from me!!I need to see this film again to soak it in.

P.S.

So proud of Ranveer for dedicating 2 years to such an amazingly ambitious story. The result could have gone anyway but so glad it went in his favour. Yet another film and performance of his is added to my fave list. Hoping the actor in Ranveer keeps thriving more and more by choosing great scripts and proficient directors like Dhar who do full justice to his incredible talent.
