City Hospital.....
(The only hospital in the city for all star plus serials, for years together now…. The same hospital which gets transferred into a hotel where Gauri, Ishaan and Shiv stay… Or the same hospital where other star plus show families come, but never meet even once!)
Maaji says this is very expensive hospital, even now it is not late we'll go to some loxer cost hospital. (Maaji ab aapko kya batayein ki K shows me location ki kami hai… Ab ye hospital nahi hai to doosra location dhoondha mushkil hai!) Om tells not to worry and the money has been arranged…. Just then a nurse passes by and Om asks for doctor Gaurav Chopra…
The doctor checks the lab reports and says he will get the operation theatre ready, by the time which Om can pay the money and finish other formalities… Om tells Paro to stay with Maaji and he and Kamal go….
Reception….
Kamal receives a call and ges out to speak due to lack of signal…. Om pays 3 lakhs for operation and 1 lakh for medicines, when the guys at the counter says they would need to pay more 75,000/-… Shocked Om asks for what? The guy says some reason like taking care of patient in the hospital and their medicines… Om says that was what I gave this 1 lakh and that was how much was said…. But the guy syas they are extra charges and have to pay it, they can pay it as cheque too….. On returning Kamal gets to know about the extra charges and is also shocked…. Om says I arranged this money from my FD, now from where will I get 75,000 more? (Mujhe rona aa raha hai! Sniff… Poor Om! Aur kitna sehenaa hai bechare ko?) Then he suggests that they go to the doctor to tell him to start the operation and we can arrange the money somehow later….
Other Part of Hospital....
Paro takes Maaji to the operation theatre where the doctor asks about the bill… Paro says her husband has gone to pay the amounr… Doctor says that they cannot start the operation unless they see the bill… Paro says she would call her husband tries Om's cell which comes out of reach… Just as she tries again Om and Kamal come… The doctor asks for the bill and they give it… Seeing it the doctor asks that this is for the surgery, where are the other formality bills? Om then hesitantly says that they didn't know that they were required to pay more 75,000… He tells that they would pay it later... Doc says that according to hospital rules they have to do the payment then and there... (Wonder! Maine bhi surgeries karvaayi hai, lekin kaheen bhi itni saqt rules nahi dekhe bhai! ) Om tells him to ahead with the operation and they would do the payment, but the Doc clearly denies and talks rules again!😡
All are shocked. Om again says that we have paid so much we'll pay 75,000 also... Just start the operation we'll get the money... Doc says sorry Mr.Agarwal... (Kya respect padi hai ab, itna kehene ke baad!) No one is to be trusted these days… It is clear rules that till the payment is made in full we should not touch the patient… Om says we have brought her till here, paid so much amount how can say like this? Doc without any feelings says that even if he knew in between the operation that they didn't pay the fees he would have stopped the operation… He then says what's their problem? Why don't they just go and get the amount? Om says hesitantly that they don't have so much amount in their account… Sarcastically the doctor says that they don't even have 75,000 in their account? Then they shouldn't have come here! The doc tell to return the paid amount back to them… 😡
Without even a little feeling the doctor leaves…. Om is helpless shocked, Maaji sad, Kamal getting angry… And in Paro we see Janki Devi awakening! She tells one minute doctor… 😊 She tells that they have paid the amount and the operation will happen. Doc says oh yes, then let me see you do it on your own. Paro gets angry and says to talk with respect. The doc says Mrs.Agarwal you don't need to teach me respect. If you don't have money, that is not my problem. Paro says it is your problem, you are a doctor and there is a patient in front of you. She further tells that from this hospital only they said the expenditure will be 4 lakhs, and from where did the need for extra money come from? Doc says that extra expenditures happen everywhere…. And I was not aware that I you were in a position where I had to get money like this. 😡 Paro says him to shut his nonsense. What doctor he is where he cannot see the pain of a patient. He should be ashamed. Doc in turn says that they should be ashamed that they are not able to afford even 75,000 for an elder's operation. Paro says him to stop as it was her mistake she came to talk to him where he does not know how to talk. Kamal then shouts that he would now talk to his (Doc's) seniors. They would tell who they are. They were the ones who gave the biggest amount for this hospital's foundation, from Agarwal family!
Kamal tells Maaji that operation will definitely happen, but Maaji refuses. While Paro and Kamal are trying to convince her telling they have given money for the operation, the doc indicates something to a nurse. The doctor indicates some people and says that if anyone here agrees then he would do the operation. The AG's look up shocked because they are security people.
Paro shouts that you are not even a human let alone a doctor.... This was the same hospital where doctors ran to our house on one phone call, so what happened now? Doc says when you have nothing why should I listen, for what gain? We don't have place for paupers. The security people start dragging the AG's out of the hospital!😡 Paro curses that you are animals and the God will definitely punish you all for this!
The securities forcibly push the AG's out of the hospital in the process Paro gets hurt in the head. Om, Kamal and Maaji get worried. People around start insulting them. A lady tells that I have heard they have come to the roads and have nothing now. Another lady says this is called fate, where at one time these people used to play in crores and millions and now they are getting kicked for 75,000/-. Maaji becomes emotional and tells to leave and the security pushes them out of the hospital.
Night Time….
Agarwal Terrace….
Aashu comes searching for Shiv and suggests dinner. But seeing her upset he asks the reason. She says that she feels strange the way her relationship broke with Ishaan. She knew Ishaan had killed the man for saving Gauri and had never wanted him arrested. Aashu gets hyper that he deserves to be arrested. Shiv says that after been with Ishaan for so many days she has understood that he is not that bad. Ashu gets angry and says not to think of him but them and their future. Shiv gets adoubtfull of Ashu's such hyper reaction.
Hospital....
(Don't ask me how day and night shifted so fast or did the AG's come back the next day to the hospital just to been kicked out!)
A lady security drags Paro outside the hospital and Paro gets angry. The same happens with Om and Kamal. Maaji tries to console them saying that thank God this operation didn't happen, now this amount can be used for Tanu's marriage. Om says but he wanted this operation to happen and feels that he failed again. Om blames himself while Paro says its the hospital's mistake where they didn't tell the amount properly. Kamal says it is Om Bhaiya's mistake that he believes anyone and everyone so easily, because of which they lost everything to Vijay. Why did he have to give the one and half lakh donation when now their mother's operation stopped just for 75,000/-. Everyone in this world are selfish and think about no one. For whom did you do this, for that God who cares none for us. Has his eyes closed against all this happenings? Om is shocked!
Kamal further shouts about they inability to do anything. States that the God himself betrayed us and is behind Vijay who can even snatch our roof from us anytime!
Maaji, Om, Paro and Kamal become very emotional and after long time Kamal actually cries out aloud!😭
(Great! After many episodes of silent appearance our Teddy has got to speak for more than ten minutes now👏.. Okay fine Om's was a cheat shot taken separately, lekin bhai is crying and he has no full emotional feelings on his face😕)

Today was just a filler episode... They are dragging this to get the murder track on by thursday end... So nothing much today anyways! Nor will be till the murder track comes on!
