That's the precise reason why they have put neetu with Mannat. I know she is constantly gonna remind mannat about vikrant and will make sure mannat doesn't move on as she will always think dua and her are Vikrant's family. My indication is, with Shruti being gone, neetu is fine to have a feminine presence around her. Mannat is pregnant in unplanned manner, she will definitely need a woman around her to take her care.

But Neetu expecting her not to move on is a selfish move & a bigger sin that too for a guy who willingly left her for whatever xyz reason be it.

Mannat is now an wounded mother. And no mother will tolerate such situation. She will operate in a completely different mode.

I want her to have a complete indifferent attitude towards Vikrant even if she gets to know that he never received her pregnancy news pre-leap.
