I think this frustration about the track is because our expectations have not met the execution... and thats partly because it was meant to be a different story at the beginning.

While it was clear that Neetu is clinically depressed (not mentioned clearly) and is a over possessive mom... it was shown that she is at fault. Her behaviour to Mannat was obnoxious.

By that logic, all of us expected Aman to be with Mannat. Mannat to protect Aman from Neetu and fight for him, they bond and stay together. This truth was supposed to bring them closer.

But in order to whitewash Neetu and make Vishakha a bigger villain... rather the worst mother on the show... this change necessitated Neetu being justified... and that too by Mannat who is the most righteous character in the show. Also the FL 😎

Aman track therefore has turned out completely opposite to our expectations... it has not only created a rift in ManVik but has brought out the worst in both of them. Mannat has gone against her own principles of standing with the truth and Vik has had no understanding for Mannat due to recollection of his trauma.

I would actually like to applaud the writing team... it brought out flaws within the leads. Both Mannat and Vikrant are neither right nor wrong. And the way episodes are written is actually good.

Mannat chose to side with the lesser evil mother and Vikrant actually for the first time is believing himself... he is his own proof... the flashbacks he has actually validates everything Vish is saying and Mannat rejecting them makes him doubt her. Also he is known to be an impulsive character.

Just from the updates (since I am not watching) it sounds like him having the flashbacks is enough for him to listen to Vishakha. Thats what witches were banking on and sach gang wanted to avoid. It fits.

Nobody has still told him why Neetu caused the accident... the first Vikrant who died and Neetu became depressed... ARS fake death is not out and Vish's supposedly deadly illness is going to cure itself overnight.

Vish in her own selfish motive has crucified both her sons... one for money and other for no good reason other than him being a roadblock to her aspirations.

People call out Mukta for showing weak men but actually none of the mothers are good... all of them have weird flaws.

Its difficult to judge who is the worst mother of all. 😭

All of this will continue till Aman realises he was better off as Vikrant. Till then this anxiety and heartbreaks for us will continue.

Lost experience tells me we will gloss over all the minor transgressions when things start resolving. But the daily bombardment of info BTS and spoilers is enough to get worked up.

Not watching has definitely calmed me

I currently loathe Vikrant & of course all the cobras.

I am not thinking of Adnan and giving Vikrant a chance thereof.

Yes the story hasnt matched our expectations. Far far far from it in fact.

But i cant logically fathom why there has to be sooooooo much negativity to run a show and even more to justify a leap.

Loathing half the cast makes it difficult to watch. I can only pray hard that Mukta loses this and her new show.

It would have been far more decent of her if she had shut down this show on a good note rather than leap further into deeper depths of evil,rudeness & cruelty.

If Amrapalli joins the leap, it will be one more person to loathe. I had enough of her in Qubool Hai.

I'm still wondering if they did WW her. No one has bought it and it has led to breakdown on Manvik relationship as well. It's just a crazy track where u will argue back and forth and almost everyone is at fault somewhere somehow. This is what gave power to the vamps.

I somehow still feel Mannat is still not angry enough at Vik and is ready to forgive him…. There truly needs to be ghatiya allegation that the kid is DCP ka kid… for Mannat to finally unhinge herself from Vik…

Removing her from property and out of the SM doesn’t still give Mannat reason enough to hide …. Kuch toh hai

at the same time does Mannat really want Vishkanya to be around her kid … perhaps that’s why she finally hides the truth about her pregnancy!

There wouldn’t have been any show had seashore Aman not saved baby Mannu so it is definitely the whole premise of the show, even if Shruti’s link is killed off. Aman is the first to foil Sonia/ARS’s grand plan.

Writers brought in new Neetu/Vish car accident/Aman snatching sequence….. of which Vik has gained full recollection of.

I still feel there’s a gap in explaining the ‘fire’ that caused Aman to loose his memory and then RoTu giving him their dead son Vikrant’s persona, thereby burying Aman’s identity. In Vik’s current outrage and trauma he hasn’t addressed that yet (that I know of). It’s more than simply a case of hiding an illegal adoption isn’t it?

There’s no reason writers can’t give Vik recollection of saving the baby, as that happens after he’s with Neetu, but is not yet ‘Vikrant’. And even without Shruti, concocting a link isn’t impossible for these writers……so am sure we’ll see Vik/Aman coming to this realisation by the end of the show 🤣

It is a well known fact that channels meddle and give their own twists and ideas to use... lost is a prime example where the surrogacy was introduced unnecessarily

Why would Mukta ... who is a business woman ready to sacrifice her one and only bread butter? Doesnt make sense right???? Or any producer for that matter??? Wont they try and do everything to make sure their show doesnt get axed??? Isn't that how the world works????

I am seeing this a lot on X too... fair enough she is the producer and all... so she is the one person people target... but its the channel execs who might be laughing at this outrage... calmly sitting in their AC office.

This bashing is illogical when we as online audience dont even matter!!!!

We have a choice to not watch... that doesnt mean we get to decide who gets the job or not!!!

Theres an entire crew too who would lose their jobs just because the online audience is not happy.

Infact for this leap and nonsense, I don't believe Mukta is responsible and it's the channels call. Mukta is just doing as the channel wants so the show sustains and everyone still has a Job
