In the precap Tulsi asks him where was he the whole night, there’s a mention of a stain on the kurta he was wearing and he speaks about learning a lesson - end your marriage.

So it’s possible he did it… it’s also possible they kissed or almost kissed and he snapped out of it because Noyna asks him before she proceeds to kiss him whether he loves Tulsi anymore after everything, does he not love her? Isn’t that why he came to rescue her because he’s in love with her.

This doofus is actually gonna be shown confused about his feelings at 60 years of age as if he were a 16 year old hormonal teenager who has no clue which girl he has genuine feelings for and which one is it that he’s merely attracted to at a physical level because at this point both turn him on and cause him to wake up in a messy bed.
