It’s one thing to imagine that a wedding will be called off at the last minute but another to live through the experience especially in this scenario. Angad assured her that Mittali will do the deed herself but here it came to Angad having disappeared from the venue, worse he ends up getting married to Vrinda immediately. It would have been one thing to handle the situation wherein Angad was merely gone, another to have him marry another girl altogether while a different bride is waiting for him at their own home as everyone thinks she’s going to marry him.

They already have had a daughter divorce recently and worse with a case attached where Tulsi had to testify against her to protect innocent people. This was another scandal happening so close to the previous one.

Imagine having media and social circle down and your son runs away from the wedding.Plus Pari ka scandal has already made matters worse

I liked Smritis acting in this scene.

But honestly I am happy that Angad chose to marry Vrinda and refuse to marry mitali.

How embarrassing that these parallel leads VrindAng have more chemistry than their so called ‘leads’ Prem Rahi

They also have a fanbase which Prem Rahi do not have to this day

Dhinchak Noyna wouldn’t have let him survive 38 years of marriage with her with the kind of behaviour he has these days. Probably as soon as Mandira faked her pregnancy.

He would have either been dead or in an asylum with Dhinchak Noyna taking over all his assets and probably leaving his family.
