Why do ITV(all regional shows) always takes this route ? Why are we not showing anything different like other country shows (don't want to name )

Why build all that chemistry b/w leads only to tear everything apart the moment they get married ?

Why can't the makers let the leads be happy even for 5 mts ?

Why do they got to show evil winning over good always ??

Why is the content becoming so toxic? The constant portrayal of women tearing each other down and the borderline vulgar styling choices make me wonder what message the makers are aiming for ?

As loyal fans , we get nothing in return for investing our time and emotions.

Also it raises a bigger question ..what do we actually watch fictional shows for? Is adding excessive drama really the only way to keep viewers engaged when many of us tune in jus for entertainment and a bit of escapism isn't it ?

But why do they do this ?

is it because of TRPS ? Old formulas ? Fear that happiness will make the show "boring" ? or just lazy writing ??

Is there any chance the Indian TV might eventually move towards more balanced storytelling where drama doesn not come at the cost of character development and the leads actually get the moments they deserve ?

Other country shows too have TRP ratings to measure their success but they have a wonderful way of storytelling ..What is stopping ITV from adapting those approaches ?

In the entertainment industry we've seen so many technologies and storytelling styles being adapted from international trends from filmmaking techniques to streaming formats. So why can't the same approach be applied to Indian television? Why can't shows evolve to incorporate structured storytelling , well paced romances and meaningful character arcs while still keeping audiences engaged ?

I just really really hope that someday we get shows (even limited series would work) that prioritizes steady storytelling with meaningful relationship moments , proper arcs , emotional depth and clear beginning and end

Its futile to expect from iTV.

Constant race for TRP, monopoly of few major production houses has ruined everything.

And also no. of tv channels or ott channels (+1000 or even more) is an issue as all of them keep on playing dramas on same topic. That is why you see in every 4- 6 months show going off air.

Ek hi type ke story saare channel mei show karengey toh uniqueness kya rahega...

Chalo even if some channel starts with a different story then either TRP race will ruin it or oversmart makers will ruin it 🙄

Vik is being the best damaad and has all his attention only on Shruti. If there's a leap and if Shruti is kept alive then it seems she will be with Vik and Neetu with Mannat 😆... a mom swap 🙈

Neetu has her family complete now. Her switch gave me indigestion. For a woman who has cursed Mannat throughout ... today came to utarofy nazar. Vik is super jealous that Neetu loves Mannat more than him.

Outhouse main Aish has established herself and there's an unnecessary scene between witches on who will plant the video. Mallas phone is recovered and it has the video of RoTu confessing to Vish which they want to plant.

For a woman who has supposedly worked out everything from managing the post mortem hasn't thought about the video which is why she came out???

Precap is Aish losing her contact lens and Mannat trying to help her thinking her eye has got infection.

I am wondering if they are still writing the story for leap and hence writing illogical plots.

Aish will have to do mass murder including killing people like Deepak or mass hallucination for SM junta to forget her crimes and let her live the luxury life in SM..

even if the separation happens due to MU... would Vik would ignore her crimes and not get her arrested? And Mannat DK RoTU may not be aware that Aish is alive in SM.

I think leap is coming. Just saw a bts of DK with Mannat where he is explaining he has gotten a post outside Mumbai and will go with his mum so she cannot cause harm to the Saluja family.

I think during the wedding track the writers are just going to be setting Vikrant up. He shouts during the haldi. So maybe there is another shouting contest that he shouts out the unthinkable and she leaves. DK will be already leaving the city so a new place for a fresh start.

The episodes we are seeing between Mannat and DK is probably to establish the friendship bond. She has to be comfortable enough to leave with him.

You echoed my thoughts Betty..just shared the BTS..this is all setting up and prep work kind of epis mainly for the characters who are going to stay post leap..Main one is DK definitely..today I think we are getting the Haldi kalesh and shouting BTS ..
