Bang on analysis, Asmita. lol since you brought up Kunal, it’s worth noting that before NBT, he played an extremely negative character in Pratigya. He was nervous about working with kids in NBT but he pulled it off so well and naturally which showed HIS caliber as an actor. And obviously it helped that the script was tailored to him and he had fab child actors to work with.
Still, Kunal is a natural actor. Krushal is nowhere in that league yet despite how puffed up he seems to be about his abilities

. He thinks people can’t see through his stiff acting cuz his fangirls keep pumping him up making him think he’s God of acting? Oh please 🙄😂
And you still have so much hopes from Krushal improving on himself. lol he’s not some 20 year old newbie flying high after his first acting project. He’s done a bunch of shows and is 30+ now. Toh aur kitna time lagega akkal aane ko and to grow up? 🤡😂
Ahhh how can I not bring up Kunal... Kunal as Mohan Bhatnagar is my most favourite comfort character till date....Nbt being my most favourite show..and yes Kunal’s transition from an outright negative role as Angad in Pratigya to the deeply humane, layered Mohan Bhatnagar in NBT is the perfect example of what true range looks like. He didn’t just change the tone, he transformed his entire emotional language on screen. We could feel the hesitation, warmth, and eventual protectiveness he developed toward the kids. That’s the mark of a thinking actor .. someone who internalizes, adapts, and grows...
And about Krushal what can I say...most importantly Acting isn’t about posturing - it’s about surrendering to the scene..let’s just say he’s far more performative than introspective at this point 😅
. So bubbles toh har taraf se burst hote rahenge bhai.
