My body bloats up in stressful situations. When I am going through high stress periods at work, I gain about 5 to 6 kg and then when it calms down again, my body goes back to normal without any change in diet or anything. I don’t know if it’s due to cortisol or due to the fact that I have PCOS but this happens every time.
I would really appreciate it if such comments are not made to misguide and mislead people because we are not all doctors and we don’t know the exact mechanics of everyone’s bodies.
