I agree with your points..I find a lot of stuff in this soap problematic. Sometimes the storyline seems straight out of a w@ttp@d romance written by a teenager.

I know Anu is a consenting partner etc etc..but I feel in most of the cases vulnerable girls fall prey to depraved men...haan justification diya hai serial mein..but ..everything feels so contrived yaar..

Serial hai..wont affect the society much(hope so)..but i just hope young people don't draw wrong conclusions.

My elder cousins fought with their parents to let them graduate from college before entertaining arranged marriage proposals..we managed to stave off marriage till post graduation..The battle was hard won.

Adult girls are free to marry anyone they want..but power imbalance is also a thing..I mean legally everything is fine on paper..but reality hits different.. life mein Arya milna rare hai..nubile girls dating men old enough to be their father often meet perverts of the kind essayed on screen by Amrish Puri.

Jab Arya Anu ko job offer krta there was some dialogue I don't remember exactly that she's in last year of her college .. kuch extra intelligent bachi rahi hogi she topped and jumped few classes kyunki uske dimag k sath uske pass RN ka bhi dimag tha so you know she qualified everything real quick and since RN was in a hurry to meet Arya ki jaise uski yeh body legal age meet kregi she will do chappa on him and thats what Anu did

Yeah to be honest sirf fiction show hai yaar generally no 19 year old will fall for 46 year old unless one party is extremely rick sorry but that's a rude fact and no 46 year old man would be as handsome as Sk to fall in love with looks

Although they tried justifying it with reincarnation stuff but yeah it's all fiction real mein bollywood mein zaroor itne age gap couples dekhe hai because they live life on a different mindset altogether not as we the common middle class so it's nearly impossible
