He is giving wrong vibes to Noina so she is now openly in the game. Mihir blindly loves and believes Pari. Even Gayatri called Mihir Dhritarashtra for giving Hemant 's work to Karan. Pari is not directly related to Mihir. She is directly related to Tulsi because she is Kesar's child. Yet he blindly trusts her more than his family.

Pari will be very happy if people don't dig or investigate her actions.

Basically Mihir doesn't understand the motives of these ladies nor does he listen to what Tulsi wants to say.

I doubt if he really loved Tulsi. Pyaar karne aasaan hain, lekin nibhana bahut mushkil hain.

Mihir kabhi Tulsi ke prati apna pyaar ko nanih nibha paaya, bhale hi Mihir ne Tulsi se shaadi ki ho.

True Mihir considers Tulsi as his responsibility alone. His notice period wala must be his tactics

1.He found care n love in Noina's friendship and wants to spend his life with Noina.

2. He wants to find the truth of Pari.

3. He genuinely feels he is no more wanted to be with Tulsi, he is kind of done with her.

4. He is not interested in any members family any more.

Coming to Noina, she is a real vamp now, she is playing tactfully, apni meethi si baatoan se Mihir ko behlana nice. But only thing is he not finding her talks n behaviour weird, kind of he is liking it this additional thing in his life.

Tulsi's character here representing indian women who sacrificed her career and supressed her desires, living a life around her husband and family, finding her happiness and peace as her primary motto to see her family n husband healthy, heil, and her everything is their well being. Her dialogues were written very well.

Dekho hum dono ki wish poori hogyi, Mihir got an extra room in Shanti niketan, ab itni buddhi to jagrut hui hai mihir me good. 😂. Tulsi ke jaise hum bhi thoda aur Mihir ki sudhrne ki aasha karte hai, however hard and harsh he is been with Tulsi on his ristha being tootne ki kagar par hai.

I didn't get this point. Mihir blindly trusts Pari. Can you please elaborate on this point?

Mihir trusts Pari more than required. She said Ajay n family harrassed her, he believed, even Tulsi believed in the beginning, but later, when she found the truth, she confronted Pari, and gave statement against her own daughter, to save innocent people like Ajay n Family. Which deeply hurt Mihir, but what Mihir is not understanding is Tulsi is the mother, she gets hurt more than anyone if her kids get affected, if any bad things happen to her children. She told Mihir the truth, but Mihir supports Pari and betrays Tulsi not trusting her motherly instinct also 38years of his relationship with Tulsi as a life partner. what is the neccesity for Tulsi to break her own daughter's house whom she raised lovingly, selflessly, he never had given a second thought to it, instead he chose to live in office, then be with Noina, liking her attention not finding any wrong when Noina expressed her over concern n care, never really found out why Noina is suddenly so good to pari n talking about Ranvjay(RV), he immediately approved Noina's suggestion to meet RV.

Also during award function, when Tulsi n Mihir were supposed to go to function, Pari sweetly tells Tulsi, "mumma aap iss phati saari me jaoge", then he felt bad that Tulsi is trying to ruin his reputation,how can he not understand what Pari is doing with Tulsi, why is he so blinded and obsessed by Pari n her talks?? If Tulsi want to ruin him or his reputation in any ways, she should have done, when he had affairs previously. Tulsi here, tried to manify him, went to bring him home twice, but he rejected /disrespected her in front of Noina, who is definately an outsider between husband and wife. These are the reasons. Mihir is blind and over possessive father.
