How come Rutu s allowed to play for Yorkshire, despite being in a BCCI contract?

Then VK and other ipl players can also play n England?

Your last line is the answer.

BCCI contract bans them from playing any other T20 league outside India. But this doesn't apply to one days and red ball 5 day games.

I think some other boards also have the T20 rule. So Pooran retired from international cricket. He may play more leagues now.
