Like in pic the theme is 'mum's the word' according that there is spangram and related word.

I didn't give themes this time because when we tested the strands they seemed easy once you found 1 word. The 1 word gave away the entire theme. If people struggle with it then ill give themes tonight for remaining 24 hours and that won't count as hint for anyone.

Yep that works. Like say row 3 letter 4 and left to it. Word is xyz.
