Consuming an orange, or drinking a glass of fresh orange juice in the morning has always been one of my favorite treats, and after many years of experience, I have learned that it is much more than a very refreshing fruit; there are countless health benefits of eating fresh oranges! A lot of the health benefits I have personally experienced come from these 7 reasons:
