I highly doubt so. DKP never makes female characters completely negative to murderers and all. So G2 will get redeemed/whitewashed at the end. Even with her current self, she’s nowhere close to the vileness of Armaan.

Another similarity between both shows is that Imlie’s mother also moved on with another man like Akshu. So maybe your theory could come true. Gen 5 could take place in a village and it may be a copy of Imlie.

I don't know about gen 5 following imlie..but this track from the time armaan ran away with pookie is very similar to imlie 2. That's why I'm thinking it will continue to go that way..where abhimaan will be killed and the children possibly kidnapped. Could be both or could be just maira as geetu is shown very attached to maira...so when armaan goes back to abhira..geetu may eventually return to get maira..
