Cause arya is 27 years older than anu and in indian families people marry and have children early especially in case of women and previous generations.

So chances are atleast pushpa is younger than arya.

Day by day, I am finding Arya shadier, like he did not himself ask Farsh to to let Anu go from office, and now playing games to show Raghu and his son Vipin incompetent. Like what will happen if Anu and Vipin's marriage get cancelled? People won't be kind to Anu, and then Arya will come to rescue her and her honor, and marry her.

Now I am a firm believer that Arya will be a negative character just like the original show, but the transition here will take time, unlike the original one where the transition was way to quick for people to digest.
