Can't she herself understand that "kyunki" at this point doesn't have anything that would grab audience...why would they watch the same thing that they have been watching since years...
And I think it's also that the taste of the Audience has changed a lot. Maybe this is my Bias as an urban OTT viewer, but people don't find the same things relatable anymore. Not to mention, we have a platform to voice our objections more directly than we did 20 years ago. She ruled then only because it was a shocking and somewhat exaggerated fantasy of everyday life.
