There is so much original Indian in ChakDe that I find it very unfair to name the movie "A blatant plagiarized version of Miracle" and "a biopic of the American ice hockey coach Herb Brooks". It is neither the former nor the latter.

There indeed is a biographic touch as the role of Kabir Khan deliberately had traits of Mir Ranjan Negi's sports career and the background is the win of the national women's field hockey team at the 2002 Commonwealth Games.

Some people here have a problem with SRK even breathing......don't worry about them and learn to ignore ...They will find a negative with everything he does...

This is the movie that has my heart, lungs, kidneys everything......and how handsome SRK looked here....

The movie got a NA, though. (best actor went to the Kannada actor Prakash Raj, the leading actor in the awarded best film that year).

The movie is made by YRF directed by Shimit Amin with a plethora of actors of which Saarookh is just one of them. YRF is guilty of blatantly lifting stories and ideas from other language movies without giving any due credit, including the recent Sayyara…It’s not one or two scenes in the movie like you guys like to make it out to be or simplify, (like as if it’s ok to do it.).Just go watch the movie and you will know. Anyway the plagiarism is on the director and producer not the actor, unless some of you obsessive SRK fans know something about his connection other than being an actor with this project. There are like a 100+ people connected to the project but somehow you make it about your idol. Udta teer apne pe mat le and then cry about it….Clearly it’s some of you guys whose view is blocked by your obsession for your idol which is making you live on this forum 24/7 and make everything about him and get offended on his behalf.
