A blatant plagiarized version of Miracle….a biopic of the American ice hockey coach Herb Brooks played by Kurt Russell.

Wow..looks very similar..I did hear the film having some shades of Miracle but never saw the original..The "sattar minutes" part seems like a direct lift!! 😲

I suggest you watch the movie. It’s considered as a Hollywood sports classic. They don’t make them anymore, unfortunately. Now a days HW is just as much in dire straits as is BW.😕

Taking one or two scenes out of another sports film isn't plagiarizing the whole movie... and, btw, almost every sportsmovie were underdogs win against the favorites has such a motivation speech.

There is so much original Indian in ChakDe that I find it very unfair to name the movie "A blatant plagiarized version of Miracle" and "a biopic of the American ice hockey coach Herb Brooks". It is neither the former nor the latter.

There indeed is a biographic touch as the role of Kabir Khan deliberately had traits of Mir Ranjan Negi's sports career and the background is the win of the national women's field hockey team at the 2002 Commonwealth Games.
