I’ve been sipping green tea for a few months now, and I love how it gives me just the right energy without making me feel shaky or nervous like coffee; plus, it’s packed with antioxidants that are great for your skin and heart I usually add honey and lemon to make it yummier (no milk though, since that can reduce the benefits) if you haven’t tried it yet, I totally recommend making it a daily little self-care treat!
