Oranges are one of those fruits I actually enjoy eating regularly. Not just because they’re tasty, but because they make me feel good. They’re loaded with vitamin C, so I usually grab one when I feel like I’m about to catch a cold. It doesn’t fix everything, but it definitely helps. They’re also light and easy on the stomach. I’ve noticed they help with digestion and give that refreshing feeling after a heavy meal. I usually have one mid-morning or as a post-lunch snack. Also, I feel like my skin looks better when I eat them regularly, maybe it's the vitamin C. Either way, they’re healthy, hydrating, and naturally sweet.
