Again it's perspective. Even if the situations weren't identical, last gens FL's have gotten away with a lot worse because they were women. The MLs also did not deserve the treatment and losing out on precious years of their child's life, all due to a singular decision made by the FL

Yes other character weren't saints but armaan is the ML not the antagonist or something

Nothing wrong in bashing a fictional character for what they do/did but it's definitely not right to blame the same character for other's kaands as well and declare all characters are being compromised just to whitewash him ? Whatever Kaveri did was on her and definitely not on Armaan, similarly what Abhir did with Charu is on him and not on Armaan.

@Bold - Right, so Armaan as a character has to be retained because he is the MALE LEAD

Well ideally we cannot expect this in a trp driven ITV world. But anyway I dont think anyone defended Armaan for the mistake he did with Pookie. Arguments started when narratives gets changed on favouritism or glorification when the only character who gets the due in this show is this ML.

If you bring episode 1 or episode 150 khand again where the issue was already addressed in the show, then that solely depends on how you watch the show.

Blame Ar for the mistakes he has done not for any other tom dick and harry in the show. Not everyone took birth to ww Armaan
