Mannat Har Khushi Paane Ki: Episode Discussion Thread - 22 - Page 143

I missed a lot of discussion today... and haven't yet been able to write an update since few of you so kindly asked.

My 2 cents...

Both scenes today cant be seen in isolation because they are linked with each other and will have continuation tomm (as per BTS).

Pan masala scene was IMO to show good side of Vik in complete contrast to how Malla has been manipulating him.. hopefully he can starte seeing her true colors now and how much diabolical a person she is...

he didnt commit anything... he just asked for some time... but even then he wasn't sure if he would move on with Malla. Dont think thats what it was...

In fact, had Vik been smart... this would have been a staged lie... we know he is not... post this soft approach to her is when Malla becomes overconfident and tries to implicate Mannat... Vik doesnt believe it .. but doesnt question her

And this is the exact same thing he recalls seeing the video. Also the NO should be seen in the entirety of dialogue and not just as that word. Luke anyone, who would believe that Malla or anyone would willingly poison the children.

I was surprised by his other statement...

"I mean I know Mallika Ms. Mannat se nafrat karti hai"

Ye epiphany kab hua Vikku boy ko??? When did his brain made this up? And if he has how come he is so okay with Mallas treatment of Mannat? Did he also rethink on the blames pre wedding????

Dialogues are definitely mismatch and look to be written by random people. I would not dissect them much as long as Malla gets punished 🤞

Feathers on the cap for today's episode - 1) Puneet's constipated look until he realized the video doesn't have his contribution to the kaand 😂 2) The focus on ARS when Malla called Mannat "paidaish guttarchaap" 😂😂😂

Bold - I doubt since he trusts Malla and believes this just started now post wedding due to insecurities. He never even registered her jealousy or mean behavior to Mannat much during fake drama

Red - merko iska bhee ab doubt AA Raha hain. Raveena questioned Neetu and Ronnie and then we see the BTS of her in Mannat's attire . Dekthe hain Mukta kyaa dikhaatee hain 🤞

He kept waiting and wishing that mannat would come back ..even after all this he has moved on from his hurt and is standing beside his mannat and her shruti mom

He did lose her because of the ONS... not because Mannat broke his heart... like she reminded him that he should have waited... and I feel he would have... had it not been the ONS...

He got trapped by Malla... and he is standing by it because of a promise made to Ronnie...

But if that was not the case... or the ONS would not have happened... Vikku would have been in a better place to negotiate, question and even pursue Mannat... none of which he can do right now because he is trapped in a sham marriage.

Rightly pointed out, even i was surprised at that statement ..If he knew, he should have had a doubt on drugging at press conference, bomb blast at sangeet etc etc...major life threatening incidents on Mannat...

Obvioualy he was kept silent for a plot contrivance ...Brain remained in resting period 🤣for too long..

I completely get they have to extend the # of episodes, but giving ml such dialogues without background and then keeping him in the dark and literally not question Malla's interference and her mistreatment of Mannat during fake drama doesn't gel well for Vikrant

I too thought about how he should tell Mannat how he held Malla's hands and said he would think of moving ahead ha ha ha ... it is writers job to give some monologs or a scene to answer questions that may arise.

After that scene, I felt he is chilling at home and assuring Malla while Mannat is in jail. Imagine what would have happened if Mannat had not come with evidence ha ha ha.

@bold I think he’s said something on these lines earlier as well. It’s not the first time. I think he feels that Malla hates Mannat for what she’s put her family through by getting ARS to transfer her shares over to Mannat.

Bold: Mannat is conscious of the risk of him moving on. On Teej she was saying she will need to constantly remind Vikrant that he doesn't love Mallika since she has no proof to show him.

I think as the audience since we know of the ONS it's tough to listen to dialogues that imply Vikrant is starting to move on. Vikrant is married and Malla needs to be his first priority. It's not right for it to appear as if he is chasing after Mannat. He was right in clearing the air with Malla that he will never cheat on her and the reason he is helping Mannat is because he believes in her innocence. It was more of him asking for her to trust him.

Well, I do understand why he did what he did. But that was burst of emotions early morning after watching the episode. 😂.

But, I am still stuck on ... what would have happened if Mannat had not come with evidence. We shall now never know. 😂 He is back to holding Mannat's hand -- that I don't mind. 😂
