That's just plain hypocrisy by legachyy leads fans..Driverji can claim abhir as his son but Geetanjali can't claim Maira as her daughter even if she was there was 3 to 4 yrs of her life..Geetanjali was in Maira life still more than Abheera was so if driverji was abhir father than Geetanjali is Maira mother..That time blood or dna didn't mattered as jhol was done by driver ji n akshara ji but now when same thing happened to baby kween suddenly blood n dna matters..

Seriously mereko itni hassi aa rahi hai seeing contrasting opinions from the same people who supported baccha chori in the previous gen.

The situations and backgrounds between Abhir-Abhinav and Maira-Geetanjali are completely different. Abhir only knew Abhinav as his dad and Akshara and Abhinav were legally married since his birth. That's normal. That's why they will show Armaan to be the bridge between the mom and daughter. In previous season, they couldn't show that. Maira will also learn how much her dad hurt her mom and what really happened. She will still love G2 but Abhira is her mom. She will definitely accept it. For Abhir, Abhinav and Abimanyu were both his fathers as one raised him and became his legal stepfather while one is related to him by blood. Abhir accepted them both. But because Abhinav was married to his mom and he had spent all his life with him, he was of course more attached to Abhinav than Abhimanyu. But after Abhinav's death, he wanted his bio parents to be together so they can be a family. Maira is gearing towards that too. If they really wanted an actual conflict, they could've retained Ruhi and have her raise Maira with Armaan or have Armaan already married to G2. That would've really divided up the viewers. But my making Armaan the sole criminal of this leap and making Abhira completely blameless, they are not creating any more love triangles and squares.

I do agree with your points, but my only concern is that if blood makes parents, then abhinav wasn't one too.. yes maira knew the truth but that doesn't change that her mother figure was Geetanjali, and Geetanjali loving her enough to not lose her, is also my wrong, so making her the villain isnt fair.

Abhinav is a man

Geetanjali is a woman

There's no other reason, it is as simple as that.

Otherwise

Abhir was "lied" to about Abhinav being his father

Maira "chose" Geetanjali as her mother

Anyone who says lying to a child is better than the child choosing her own parent then they are simply manipulative

Bottomline - Neither Abhinav nor Geetanjali should have kept biological parents away from their child

Neither Akshara nor Armaan should have done it because they are cheating their kids

Any human who uses child for "revenge" is a pathetic excuse of human, even animals have more parental instincts than this

Geetu is Maira's mom/mother figure but the opinion was always countered with Armaan never gave motherly rights to Geetu. Armaan never let Maira address Geetu as maa, but he did give those rights to Geetu. He allowed them to bond like mother-daughter. He was going to get married to Geetu to give Maira her mumma when biological mumma was frantically searching for her baby. He was soo selfish that he when he couldn't fill mother's void in Maira's life for years by telling truth to her biological mother, he got replacement mother who won't be addressed mumma, so he stay mahan for not replacing real mama, but the woman will have all rights of mumma, her emotions will be exploited to throw her under the bus when needed (that's what he did) she was be a part of child's life which biological mother was deprived of. Besht Father 👏 In my opinion mother-child or father-child relationship is not confined to addressing "maa" or "papa" sometimes a mother/father figure is closest to the child, more closer than their addressed/biological mother or father could ever be.

I mean navra didn't have husband wife relationship as yelled by akthu and then she tried to rectify it for one time... Anyways. They had co parenting relationship same with Arman geetu. There nav was naam ka rishta bond of shadi with akthu. He loved her so what. The three used to live in same house - same with maira geetu arman.

There is a big difference in both senerio. In my opinion, the biggest is that Abhimanyu didn’t even know the existence of his son. He wasn’t desperately searching for him and blaming himself. Whereas, in Maira’s case, Abhira was searching day and night for Pookie since last 7 years, took medications and even blamed herself. So here, Abhira has full right to take her kid back as Armaan didn’t even inform Abhira once.

In Gen3, it was atleast shown, Akshara tried to contact Abhimanyu and he’s the one not willing to listen. Plus Abhinav was there since birth too and without him Abhir would have never existed.

Here it’s not like Maira wouldn’t have lived without Geentanjali. She was shown more like a caretaker. She don’t even call her “mama”. Abhir used to call Abhinav “papa”

The only thing is - Armaan used Geentajli for his own benefit and now she’s suffering too.

Having Ruhi would definitely made a stronger point, as Ruhi was the one who gave birth and raised her both. And had a history with Armaan too. Geentanjali is just way too forced. If they wanted her they could have just shown Maira calling her atleast pretty aunty or cute aunty to her instead of Geetu too
