On occasions such as house warming, it’s considered auspicious, as a sign of luck & prosperity as it’s done deliberately but on normal days when it happens accidentally , its viewed as wasteful and a sign of imminent losses.

That’s how we see it in north India!

Even for Maharashtrians also it's auspicious. Same we do that in housewarming ceremony. It's for prosperity and considered as a good omen. If any other day milk boils over we still consider it as good omen.

Here they showed opposite. Don't know much about their culture so might for them it's bad.

Because everyone have different beliefs.

Even some people think glass breaking is also bad omen but we consider it as a good omen.

same for bengalis also, overspilling of milk is considered as a good thing.

Seems like the milk boiling over is considered a bad omen only in north India because I am also a Tamilian from South India and we deliberately make it boil over for housewarming as mentioned by Jyotsna.

I find the actress playing Malla really below par in her performance.

And not appealing to the eyes either. Flat features, button eyes, etc. Sorry not meaning to body shame but the murderess ARS brings along a lot of class along with her.
