I think maybe his sis was pregnant and something happened to her..

Or like in one of those old regional movies I watched..The sis was bullied and harassed at her university then she runs to the terrace and ends up losing her life in a hazard..Rishab mistakenly somehow thinks Bhagya's bro caused it coz he was around and wants revenge smiley36
