Go to Amazon and search for the book. It's page count is listed, you can list that as the book's page count.

Yes, both, the gsheet and the post need to have the books listed.

Till rest of the team members (are decided and) have resed their post, avoid posting there, so any questions, you can ask here for now so that Lizzie/I/other team leaders can answer in the meantime 🙈

To add to this, if you’re participating in the Disability reads challenge too you will additionally need to post in the Disability reads reviews thread. Follow the instructions given there.

For online books (EPUBs/ PDFs) look up the book on Amazon and write the Kindle page count. If it’s FFs, use the calculation word count divided by 300 to determine page count. For other books not listed on Amazon you may need to find a legitimate source (such as ISBN) to figure out the page count. We recommend Amazon since it is standardized for everyone in the challenge and so that we’re not all using different page counts from different sources.

Thank you guys, and I will remember not to post in the July reading thread. I am new to this so didn’t know about all the rules and regulations.

it’s not that you can’t post in your team’s thread at all. It’s just that we ask you to wait until everyone on the team has reserved their log post so it’s easy for the captain to keep track.

Ok, so after the RC starts and the teams are completed and posts are reserved we can use that thread normally and discuss books and ask questions?

Yes, you 'll haave to wait for a little bit (maybe first week of July) then that's your home thread for the RC for the whole month
