They should start focusing on horror elements more brahmastra na karde.

The first episode was great. I loved it! It is great that finally after so many years, a new horror serial is being telecasted on Sony TV.

I generally don't like horror, especially western horror because it tends to be really gross, graphic and depressing. Way over the top. Whereas I like Hindi horror shows as they can be spooky and scary without getting all gross, graphic or depressing. Hindi horror shows seem more like a mix of mystery, comedy and suspense. I like that.

After months I've watched an itv show's episode completely without a skip. Ahh, I missed hearing people talking in Hindi after all the kdramas and cdramas I've consumed recently.

Now, coming to my review:

What did I like? Nothing really. There wasn't anything in the episode which makes you feel "oh! I'm gonna watch this until this turns bad". It's very early to judge. But somehow, it still makes you sit and watch the complete episode.

What did I not like? Thakumaa's dialogues. It doesn't seem like she's talking to Kaku. It's clearly a dead narration of the backstory for the viewers and it didn't not feel 'natural' conversation with subtle spotlight on backstory.

Acting, as expected is good.
