Hey Lizzie,

What are you planning to read — in both LGBTQ and straight romance ?

Oh also, since you like unconventional, you can also check out Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid (if you haven't already). In fact it has queer representation so you can even read it for Pride this month.

I didn't really like that book, but I know several ppl who loved it (it's a very hyped book). You can read it for yourself and see what you think.

It's a popular book. I heard about this book from booktubers. I'll check the blurb of this book. Btw, can you also recommend a few psychological thrillers that are written from the perspectives of serial killers. The main characters of the books are serial killers or murderers. The books are written in first person and the psychology of those characters is revealed through their inner monologues.

I posted a list someplace for the LGBTQ+ romances!

Waise I'm a very whimsical reader. I myself don't know which book I'll pick up next - I like to keep the suspense up for me smiley37

Diya, got any more recs from Indian/Asian authors like Adiba Jaigirdar for romance genres?

I am kinda leaning to Asian stories in that genre🙈

Do we need to write quotes which are related to the theme of LGBTIQA+ only? Or can we write any quotes from the queer themed books? Also, I saw you mentioned we need to mention if the author belongs to that community or not. Is it mandatory? Sometimes, we may not find information related to the sexual orientations of the authors. And sometimes, it's not possible for us to know anything about the authors if we read fanfictions.

I know you didn't ask me. But I thought about suggesting you a romantic book. If you like paranormal romance, you can read a book named Bagheera Chronicles: The Tiger King. It's an Indian love story and it's written by an Indian author named Rahul Balaji. It's a love story of a weretiger named Vanraj Sisodiya and a witch, Lasya. Even though it's inspired by Beauty and the Beast it has its own charm.

Edit: It's not a same-sex romance. If you're only looking for same-sex love stories this book doesn't fit into that category.

I'm pretty sure I've read multiple books like that, but they're all escaping my mind rn smiley39 Have you read None of This Is True by Lisa Jewell? You should if you haven't smiley27 It's a psychological thriller, and although it's not exactly what you're looking for, it comes close.
