It's an extremely interesting show! I'm eagerly waiting for season 3. I think you wrote 457 by mistake. You probably wanted to write 456 in your review.

No, it's 457. 456 of Gihun and 1 of Inho.

Oh okay, I misunderstood. I thought you wanted to write Gi-hun's number.

What exactly do you mean by unconventional romance ?

I'm not a voracious fan of fantasy or time-travel romance. I've read a little here and there, but nothing too seriously. I’m more into rom-coms, though I also enjoy romance books that are centered around a cause or deeper theme.

But if you're into serious, emotionally satisfying romance, maybe you should try Nicholas Sparks or someone like Kate Atkinson. The kind of books you’re looking for are pretty different from what I usually read, so I’m not sure how much of a help I’ll be. Maybe Lizzie might have better suggestions?

One book I can suggest is Attachments by Rainbow Rowell ( give the blurb a read )

Actually, Bee might be your best bet—she likes that genre. ( apologies if I am mistaken )

Bee, aap karoge please ?

Ooh, I've been trying to curate a personal list for emotionally touching books... I constantly switch between craving romcoms and getting put off by their shallowness smiley39 rn I'm still def in the romcom phase but I can see it starting to phase out soon lol smiley36

Shirsha, do you like tragedies or is that a no?

Also, since you like time travel, have you read The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger? That one's a classic smiley27 also a (kinda) similar one in that vein is The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V E Schwab. I loved this one so much, very poignant and heartfelt and also V E Schwab never disappoints with her writing smiley27

I haven't yet read The Time Traveler's Wife. But I definitely know the name of this book. It's a popular novel. I really like Victoria Schwab's writing style. So, yes, I would like to read Victoria Schwab's book. Thanks for the recommendations! smiley1

No, I don't have any problem in reading romantic tragedies. In fact, my favourite Pakistani drama (TV show), Mata-e-jaan Hai Tu is a tragic love story.

Gotcha. I used to read a lot of tragedies when I was younger, now I've lost the capacity to handle them so I strictly stay away smiley36 it's why I've filtered a lot of heartfelt books from my mind, bcz they didn't end positively. Either way, I'll try to give you more recs whenever they pop up in my mind smiley20

Oh also, since you like unconventional, you can also check out Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid (if you haven't already). In fact it has queer representation so you can even read it for Pride this month.

I didn't really like that book, but I know several ppl who loved it (it's a very hyped book). You can read it for yourself and see what you think.
