Just a possibility... based on the scene where we saw Purvi talking to someone on the phone...we just assumed it could be shreya..or they might be bringing back shreya to show her as a traitor

Lots kf missing kids are not found for a long long time inspite of best efforts by the police and even parents employing private help like detective agencies . Infact, many missing children are never found at all. It's the ground reality . If you google the number will shock you ! Also, I'm not just talking about our country. It is the same for every country. See the number of missing kids in USA for e.g.
