This reminds me of the cult classic ‘Masoom’ with Naseer and Shabana.

Come to think of it, the plot sounds similar. But I loved that movie so much 🥲 Dang! it was all about woman taking the cheating man back after all, packaged and presented in a more sophisticated manner with truck loads of emotional manipulation triggered via the kids.

Initial years Karishma wasn't attractive, I mean her debut movie. Maybe because she was too young. She looked gorgeous in Raja Hindustani. Beautiful eyes and a slim feminine body.

Masoom was better...it was as much about little kid suffering and his father torn between guilt, parental love and trying to save his marriage. Plus everybody acted well. Presentation matters.

Here in Dil Kya Kare, Ajay Kajol have sex in a moving train. So Kajol jumps from a victim of attempted rape directly to having sex with a stranger. Beats me!
