She was good in Motichoor...Navaz too...the whole cast actually. I keep watching that movie on Netflix.

It’s a little funny seeing everyone praising her as pretty and talented now because for years she was mocked on IF for having no talent and looking too much like her father.

The only time her acting made any mark was Motichoor, and that movie had some controversy before its release and ended up having no promotions, a low profile release, and it flopped. According to blinds (take it with a pinch of salt) Sunil interfered too much in the marketing of that movie and pissed off the producers. Neha Sharma made more of an impact in Mubarakan than her. And during Hero promotions she made stupid comments like insider kids struggle more than outsiders.

Sunil is being a dad so whatever. But Athiya never had much of a career anyway and whatever she did have died a few years ago. The past few years she’s been doing photoshoots and brand endorsements. She is beautiful and statuesque so great body for modeling. Her photoshoots are stunning. But it’s been more than obvious that she’s not an actress anymore.

Good but when did she had a Bollywood career? I think she did 2 movies. One with Sooraj Pancholi and the other one was with Nawazuddin Siddhique. First one was super flop. Not sure about the second one. What is the third one? But is that a career?
