I am not sure... but in OG ARSs FIL is the one who helps Mannat track down on Sonia Khanna and the moment he gets to know she is his own bahu... the poor thing goes into shock... he dies by a heart attack after confronting ARS but ARS and Ronnie don't take him to the hospital on time and bury him on the farmhouse.

His death is ruled as accident as Mannats bio father removes the dead body and frames someone else. Kuch kuch yaad nahi hai... but then Dadi starts doubting ARS.

😂 your summary is great - seems baffling as it covers changed characters & plots in the OG to Hindi. in Turkish version there isn’t this hate/resent relationship between ARS & Gaggu, he is too busy having an affair 🥹. So Gaggu doesn’t know or care about any of ARS’s scheming and isn’t the one who tries to uncover anything. 🥹 as Moor says ARS’s FIL helps Mannat in tracking her bio mother’s identity.

So suffice to say Gaggu doesn’t die ! Although he gets a beating when he goes to rescue ARS when Mannat’s bio father/ARS’s former interest kidnaps her……
