Bilal and Laila have way more chemistry than Eman has/had with all of ML’s. I keep too keep watching in the hope that story will make sense going further. Bilal seems to be hiding some more cards.

What chemistry of Bilal-Laila did you like? Did you like when she humiliates her husband in their every scene? The only chemistry they had was the chemistry of insult

Bilal's character has always wanted only one thing from the very first episode, basic respect and a lil bit care. He had a soft corner for Laila initially because she had shown him that care prior to their marriage. Yes, he was wrong to marry Laila but I don't think it was fully his fault considering he mainly wanted his sister's happiness after their parenr's death. In fact, Laila was in a better position to refuse the marriage than bilal ever was.

Bilal genuinely wanted to make his marriage with Laila work. That's why she was the first person he called after attaining that position. Not Emaan, not his sister, Laila. But Laila without even listening to what he had to say said the only thing he could do for her which would make her happy was divorce her and he finally gave up. As it is, every bit of soft corner he had for Laila was long gone due to her repeated insults

As for Emaam, once again, she got a small place in his heart with the respect and care she showed him, whether by gifting him that blazer or siding with him against Ahad and Taimoor

That soft corner made him protective of her. And after his divorce, he allowed that protectiveness to turn to love. His proposal makes complete sense. He knows Emasn os naive but innocent and pure hearted, something he nevrr saw in the women in his own household

Laila is technically characterless. She has been and is still after a married man and was doing so even when she was in nikaah of someone else. She never had a redeeming quality.

Actors can have great chemistry but as far as story goes, Laila and Bilal never had a chance. They never should have

Oh and i love Ali Ansari. He has played this character beautifully

I toh don't care about one Laila and Bilal at this point. Laila don't have any reedeming quality and that pair sank long time ago. Wish the actors though came in another show since they do make really good pair.

I wished though that they hadn't made Bilal and Emaan a pair. I like them as a platonic pair not romantically. Not everything has to revolve around romance.

Bilal and Emaan make sense to me. Bilal is a guy who literally did everything in his power to protect Emaan when the guy she had loved did not trust her. He supported her at every step. Who wouldnt fall in love with a guy like that?

And bilal tou of course has craved love all his life. As he said, after so much hard work,he deserves someone who will care for him

Hmm. Yeah Bilal does care someone who cares for him but in my opinion he deserves someone better than Emaan because Emaan herself has been batameez to him in majority of drama.
