Jhanak brought it to everyone attention but no one believe that the child didn't die. The other mother will see Jhanak and give her Arshi baby cause her pati left and she can't raise baby on her own

I know others like Suwarna brought that up with Ab that she is putting her marriage at stake but Ab decided to go ahead because that's what Abhir wanted ( victim here). Ar wanted his mother to be kept out of jail which though legally wrong, is how majority of people in his position also would have acted. His decision to sign the divorce paper happened after the event if I am not wrong.

Difference is that Armaan fans don't support his wrong but Abhira fans sab kuch defend kar lete hain to uske against utna strong atmosphere nahi banta
