Case of Tie for 4s/6s with best strike rate
🔸In case of a tie between an 'Impact Player' and a Playing XI player, it may be better to award the points for the Impact Player.
🔸In the event of a tie between two Playing XI players, award the points for the player with the highest streak of consecutive fours/sixes.
For example, if both players hit a total of 8 fours, but Player A hits 3 consecutive fours in one stretch, and Player B hits 4 consecutive fours in one stretch, award the points for Player B because 4 is a longer streak than 3.
🔸If a tie still persists after above case, the 'majority wins' principle should be applied - awarding the points to the player chosen by the majority of participants in the relevant prediction category, i.e., the player with the highest percentage in that category.
Case of Tie for Highest runs with best strike rate
First point is same as above.
Second, award the points to the player with the 'better batting impact' or the 'highest percentage in that category'.

Like you correctly pointed out, a tie can still persist using the above parameters.
That is why we thought to break the tie using batting impact or bowling impact as per cricinfo's list for highest runs and wickets and using Impact runs to break the tie for 4s and 6s. Most of the factors discussed in the thread are considered by cricinfo before rating players' impact.
Cheers..
