I really hope this is not true or temporary at the best! Given that he is/ was a huge name a decade ago, I don't think he'll play a junior officer. And he doesn't has the aura or the ability to play a senior officer. Maybe a special officer for a couple of episodes (like Eijaz khan did previously)?

Never did I in my wildest dreams think they’ll choose Parth to replace the iconic role of ACP Pradyuman. This ain’t a mere downfall , they have totally fallen from grace. Is the greed for TRPs so much that you have brought in a daily soap actor for this role ? Wow. This feels like someone recently comparing Sridevi and Khushi — atrocious.
