May be due to MSD presence, other team members may not follow his directions as captain and more look to MSD even though MSD does not interfere but one can clearly see other players when wicket falls they run to MSD, not to Rutu most of the time...i feel sorry for Rutu...This is the only team where this is happening...
Look at RCB - VK is not overshadowing Rajat as captain...Rajat even not having that leadership vibes, still he carries better.
Hardik holds his nerve despite last year in presence of Rohit...He came out of it.
There is something miss in Rutu that he is not able to share openly...

It is better MSD retires..let them express openly...take it forward without any heavy attraction on the ground while playing..MSD can definitely give his insights off the ground and encourage the players...

All of them are not having their finest form... They have that potential but they are not coming out of the shell nd they still wants to depend on MS Rutu seems dull on field I doubt players are considering him as a captain or not..
Ms being WK they ask him before DRS(Vk used to do that too)
Mistake of csk is they didn't find substitute of their players

Rcb mistake was to chok in Play offs or final but now they got perfect team... Rajat is more active on field it's hard to not call him captain neither RCB is depend on Vk for cups... Their batting line up depends on him still they have good batsman they have that intent which csk lacks
Rutu is trying hard to act like someone else he needs to be like Ruturaj ... 2021 Ruturaj was so good post his captaincy nd sm bullshit of succeeding vk msd has forced him to act like them where he is failing
Over all he needs a lot of improvement as a captain... He fails in pressure situation he needs to work on that...
