You are right! I apologize for being rude but I guess I just lost it! And anyway acp pradyuman is gonna make a comeback that's for sure! Why would barbosa kill himself in that blast. Surely he must have miraculously escaped alongwith acp (just like how they did it with shreya in first episode of S2). It's very annoying when the makers have been playing such pranks for decades. A tragic ending of a character just takes the story to another level altogether and no matter how much it hurts, I always find a different level of beauty in it!

That's alright... Everyone has their own opinions, neither you nor I can force others to accept our opinions, right? As long as we know this and are respectful towards each other, everything's fine.

Now, I sincerely hope ACP Pradyuman will make a comeback... Because this ending was just not it. ACP Pradyuman is the backbone of CID. He deserves a much better ending than such a ridiculous one where the criminal mastermind just blasts the entire building and doesn't die himself. He deserves a glorious ending sequence.

Tragic ending does have its beauty... But only and only if it's properly written and shown. We had tragic sequences before too with Aditi, Tasha, Roma and several sequences involving the trio. They were nicely written so fans are still attached to those. Well written tragic endings have a different charm.

Exactly my freaking point!!! ACP Pradyuman needs to have a glorious and dignified ending... Not this kind of random one where the criminal blows up the entire building to kill him but himself escapes.

He deserves a proper ending where he retires with several accolades to his name...

BUT if we have to talk about the "hypothetical" scenario of him sacrificing his life as his ending, it still has to be a glorious one, no? Years back we had the "Mad Bomber" episode where junior cop Aditi sacrificed her life in order to stop that Mad Bomber from causing the bomb blast. She was stabbed (I believe?) but she still shot that bomber down which caused the bomb on his body to explode. She died heroically... And you're telling me that if (I'm not saying this has to happen) ACP Pradyuman has to sacrifice his life in such a manner, he deserves a less heroic sacrifice than her? He dies in a bomb explosion just like this? Barboza blows up the building and he dies and Barboza himself is still alive? How does that even make any sense??

Frankly, if it is a marketing gimmick then they deserve all the hatred they are receiving. We have fond memories associated with the show. They can't just insult the show, it's characters, its legacy and fans love for it in such a cheap manner!! That's downright offensive and ridiculous.

ACP Pradyuman is basically invincible and for him to die in a bomb blast like this is just unacceptable. 100% unacceptable!

Can’t believe some people are actually falling for this whole "ACP Pradyuman is dead" drama. Like seriously? They’ve pulled this same kind of TRP stunt before too, and now they’re back at it again. If Barboza can survive the bomb blast, how on earth can ACP Pradyuman just die like that? Makes zero sense. And Sony TV needs to chill with the overacting. All these emotional farewell posts for ACP Pradyuman... come on, OG fans aren’t falling for it no matter how dramatic they make it. What’s even more annoying is this new ACP angle. Why bring in someone like Parth Samthaan as the new ACP? What was the need? They could’ve easily shown Abhijeet leading the team in ACP’s absence—that would’ve actually made sense. But no, now we have a random young guy giving orders to legends like Abhijeet and Daya, and they’re calling him “sir”? After 22 years of dedication to the show, this is the treatment they get? Nah, that’s just not right.
