Also Poddar are related to him so all the drama and kalesh happen through him since the tracks were about him being mistreated all his life by Poddars and him getting away from them. Once there’s a baby and there is Abhimaan separation and Abhira may have to live alone, be with someone else, etc then they will focus more on Abhira again to show her journey.

I sometimes feel ki they are planning to end FL legacy and start ML legacy! Ar being the first followed by his son….

Agreed. Post marriage 3 months leap and during pregnancy track there was equal focus on Armaan and Abhira highlighting the problems in their marriage than her fight to give birth to her BSP and her rivalry with Ruhi didi was also focused, with subplot Charu's molestation track, IR was too rushed as they didn't want to focus on the past, but with baby swap track the focus shifted to Armaan-Rohit and Abhira had secondary subplot, her focusing on her career being a new mom, going against Poddas for career was challenging, which made Rohit blackmail Armaan, Ruhi had subplot of hating Abhira's child, till Abhir's entry than from baby swap truth revelation, Abhira returning Daksh leaving PH, grieving and signing divorce papers with MG's influence, joining college giving back to college bullies, there were back to back 2-3 tracks focusing equally on Abhira as FL and Armaan as ML, but after that from December end with Abhira's failed attempt to be Abhira 2.0 even after chopping off her hair, story shifted to Armaan.

Vidya-Abhir's accident kand (a major blow to TRP), from Shivani-RK's entry the focus shifted from Abhira to Armaan. Abhira-RK's bond didn't resonate well with viewers. For me instances like Abhira not objecting to being cursed for infertility and having no emotional outburst or bitterness after 3 months of emotional distance with Armaan, Vidya's accident kand with Abhira bailing her out and not objecting to character assassination by Vidya completely sabotaged the character or lowered the importance/worth of FL of Gen 4. Even now Vidya mata g's existence and keeping her alive, SU on board is more important than anything else. In my opinion the writers didn't even give proper closure to Armaan-centric tracks like Armaan's journey after leaving PH and his bond with Shivani as ML, without bringing in Vidya mata the palne wali maa. DKP/BV's obsession with palne wala changed the core characteristics of characters and turned Abhira to mute doormat ops "understanding" DIL and Armaan to beta who took revenge for his maa being sent to jail, obviously he repented and redeemed but sadly there is no "going back" for Abhira till she completely cuts off from Vidya, KP and if needed from Ruhi didi too, maybe after leap...

They might rinse repeat the story with KP hating on Armaan-Abhira's son/daughter addressing him/her paraya, manhoos and cursed as these stupid writer's take pleasure in victimization.

That’s a common argument, but it doesn’t hold up when you actually look at how the show has treated Abhira’s journey compared to Armaan’s. Saying “Abhira had her time to shine, now it’s Armaan’s turn” assumes that she’s been given a full-fledged, emotionally satisfying arc—but in reality, she hasn’t.

YRKKH has always been a women-centric show, centered around the emotional evolution and life journey of its female leads—from Akshara to Naira to Akshara Jr. These women weren’t just present; they were the soul of the story. They were given layered emotions, consistent development, and the spotlight during their defining moments. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case with Abhira. While she may have had screen time, she hasn’t been given the emotional depth, narrative justice, or space to breathe that a lead in a women-led show deserves.

Let’s talk specifics. Crucial turning points in Abhira’s life—such as discovering she was infertile, being shunned by Armaan’s family for it, losing her child, coming to terms that her mother had another child and a man in her life before her father, losing Daksh, choosing Abhir over Armaan (which almost led to their divorce), and standing up against Vidya after learning she ran over her brother—were all brushed past with little to no emotional exploration. These were opportunities for deep introspection, grief, conflict, and growth. But instead of giving her voice and weight in these moments, the writing either reduced her to a supporting presence or skipped over her feelings altogether.

Even her anger and sense of betrayal toward Vidya—a woman she once respected—was barely shown. Her need for justice, her refusal to side with Armaan when she realized the truth, should’ve been powerful emotional beats. But instead of letting her sit with her pain, the story pivoted back to Armaan’s turmoil. Even when Armaan chose Vidya over Abhira, the narrative was framed around his decision, not her worth or what she meant to him.

Meanwhile, Armaan has consistently been handed depth and spotlight. His dilemmas, pain, family issues, and heartbreaks are always given time to breathe. Entire episodes revolve around his perspective, his growth, and his decisions. The contrast is stark.

So no, it isn’t “Abhira had her time.” She had events, yes—but not the emotional ownership of those events. Her story hasn’t been explored with the kind of depth that a women-centric show should offer its female lead.

The audience doesn’t connect with shows where the female lead’s journey is reduced to filler or used just to amplify the male lead’s arc. Abhira is not a seasonal character whose relevance ends when the focus shifts. She’s the female lead, and her growth, emotions, and screen presence should never be treated as secondary.

So no, Abhira hasn’t had her time. She’s been present, but she hasn’t been heard. And until the writing gives her the emotional exploration she deserves, the show will feel lopsided—because one half of the story is being told in full, while the other remains unfinished.

Mai male akshu ko like karu na karu , can’t deny from the fact that show is only about Armaan Poddar smiley36 Waise muje armaan mai male akshu nahi dikhti hai, Armaan ko bachpan se bhage ki habit bilkul nahi hai , na he woh abhira ko kisi ko donate karne ke petre karta hai.

Do you think there should be separation? Because till the time she is with Armaan, the focus will be more on him.
