Raj said the ultrasound promo is completely different from what was shown on that was 2-3 weeks ago and that episode just aired. The same with Ru throwing something at a mirror and now we see the bts, so issue prompting up with Abhimaan we can't say it won't or why it happen

Agree ! My only point is these media portals are exaggerating and creating huge hue and cry with their updates and most of the times they are turning out very differently.

Rest I agree that it's up the viewers discretion on how we take these spoilers
