If people can recreate ur dish at home easily why would they come to ur restaurant? Anyone can be a chef..differentiator between a chef n a masterchef is that u crave to have something made by the later..their dish makes u marvel, wonder and admire..u try to figure out how its made..it challenges ur imagination, ur skills.
I can make a Paneer Thecha at home, Rajiv made Khaandvi look easy though it isnt. But people would definitely try to make once. These dishes r delicious but not too difficult.
While I havent yet figured out how Gaurav made his smoky dip.
