But she does care about being a Sharma that’s why she is obsessed with Daksh who is a Birla the way her Baap was obsessed with being the father ji of another Birla, Abhir. She is following the traditions of Baccha Chor Legachy
Jokes aside ye khud ek orphan hai who was poor and homeless at one point so her adopting would make sense as she understands the pain that orphans go through daily. Instead she is obsessed with Apna Baccha to please Dadisa.
I have a different opinion on that.
Abhinav never wanted to take Abhimanyu's rights. He tried to make Akshara understand that in the beginning but she was too stubborn and bitter, while Abhinav was too scared and submissive to go against her.
But without her around, both Abhinav and Abhimanyu co-parented Abhir wonderfully, which could never happen with Abhira. She’s too dominating to let anyone else have even a bit of influence over the child.
Yes, Abhinav was insecure, but I don’t think he was as obsessed as Abhira is. I could see the father-son bond there, but the way Abhira acts with Daksh sometimes feels creepy and unhinged. I don’t find it endearing at all. It could be the poor acting or writing, but the Daksh-Abhira scenes looks very creepy.
Yes, Arman and Abhira both know how difficult and lonely life can be without parental love and support. So, they should have thought about saving another child from that suffering instead of making his ex the surrogate unnecessarily just to get Dadi’s approval and acknowledgement in family
. This is not Abhira who used to make fun of Dadi’s toffee .
