I am mostly a silent reader on the forums, I tend not to post all the much, but after watching the show for a while, I feel as if Veer Sir is very smart. He trusts the officer that made the report, but he said in the beginning that he has is full confidence in the HAWKS team.
I honestly believe that this entire plan of making Abhi a terrorist is a trap for Samrat.
Reasons being:
- In the beginning when HAWKS was forming, Veer Sir did his best to get Abhi on the team (even though Abhi was held as a prisoner of war in Pakistan)
- He wanted his daughter (be it Shieka or Sam) to marry Abhi.--Granted Veer Sir is an air force officer, but he is a father as well and when a father considers a guy to marry his daughter, you know that the guy has to be good.
- He trusted Abhi enough to give him the duty of taking care of the defense minister.
- He knows Abhi very well. Enough to make him the leader of the HAWKS when he retired.
- He believed the piece of paper on which it said that Abhi was a traitor too quickly...When Sam was accused of being a traitor, he kept on saying that " I know you are not a traitor, but we have to do this...
- When talking to his Mom, Abhi said something along the lines that, "..Don't worry, I'll be freed quickly..."--I understand the fact that he in order to comfort his mom, Abhi could have said that.
Possibilities:
- Put Samrat at ease, so he becomes lazy and begins leaving signs of him being Jahan-Sheik.
- To keep Sameera alive. If Jahan-Sheik is found, he would die according to the rules of the military. Then what would the terrorists do with Sameera?
- To catch Jahan-Sheik in the act of being a terrorist...grabbing more time? Veer Sir wants hard core proof that Samrat is indeed a terrorist because even Veer Sir himself can't digest the idea that one the people HE hand picked for the HAWKS could be a part of such a heinous act.
thanks.
