She was on a trip with her sibling and their child when their car collided with something. Their child was driving. Sonali and her child were taken to hospital. She and her nephew r being treated.

So much wrong with this. It isnt clear whether Sonali was travelling with her child or nephew.

How was a child driving? And how can she be in a trip with her sibling and ‘their’ child?

Was it difficult to write something like “ Sonali was on a trip with her sibling and his/her son”?
