Had a man at deep backward square and Sai couldn't get enough power behind that flick. Wasn't an easy catch but Shashank moved nicely to the right and hung on despite falling to the ground. Second wicket gone for GT but they are still in the game as the favourites.

Despite losing the wicket of Sai Sudharsan, Gujarat Titans did not look back and thrashed Marcus Stoinis. Shernafane Rutherford joins hands with Jos Buttler at the crease and the duo score 17 runs in the previous over. This includes two sixes and a boundary from Rutherford. GT are ruthlessly moving ahead in the run chase.

AND THEY HAVE DONE IT!!!! Punjab Kings (243/5) defeated Gujarat Titans (232/5) by 11 runs in the IPL 2025 match on Tuesday in Ahmedabad. In the chase of 244, GT were comfortable and dominating as Sai Sudharsan scored 74 while Jos Buttler scored 54 off 33 balls. Apart from them, Sherfane Rutherford also scored 46 off 28 balls. For PBKS, Arshdeep Singh scalped two wickets while Marco Jansen and Glenn Maxwell scalped one wicket each.

Basically both teams had equal chances to win the match. As the saying goes, there is only winner and that turned out to be PBKS. Well done PBKS!
