Who said they are doing anything criminal? However Alimony was meant for the needy but some greedy women have made it their business. As for cheating, even the cheating wives get the alimony these days.
Par tum logon ka sahi hai. Nikah ke waqt hi meher decide ho jaata hai fir jab Mann chahe talaq do aur biwi ko rafa dafa karo. Alimony ka koi jhanjhat hi nahi. Maybe you should advocate for uniform civil code so that you guys can also have the pleasure of giving alimony to cheating wives.
