Particularly Neil's WD which i heard was written because the actor wanted to leave and didn't want to play a father onscreen. Jo ki mujhe nahi lagta Romit ko koi issue hoga isme. baaki leap ke liye they can do anything. Kill anyone. No doubt about that. but the main question is still do they really need a leap at this point

Yeah, he quit because he didn’t wanna play a dad. Shubham’s death and Daddaji’s death in gen 1 came because DKP wanted a revamp and they had already pre planned the leaps accordingly. But the trash they wrote from WD in Gen 3 ruined the OG ship for good.

But it is not just rishta right.. Saw few clips of Anupama and Rahi seem to be getting similar styling post marriage even when tracks are inspired from Gen 2..So seem more of dkp styling issue

Oh i didn't know Shubham's death was pre planned. But Mumbai leap was such a great track. I won't mind a baby less leap and separation but uske chances sabse low hai at this point

KaiRa did the whole separation angst very well ngl. 8/10 times it was never the fault of any one person and that is what worked magic for them. The yearning, pain and the heartbreak was mutual and very well written so the audience could feel and connect with it. Gen 3 became tooo one sided and kinda cut off the audience into His / Hers team. Gen 4 is trying to strike that balance again, so hopefully we get a proper separation angst like the Mumbai track or we get no separation. Yeh WD, ML being an ass, etc is too yucky.

Charu made a dumbass decision of running away from the wedding instead of confronting Sanjay in front of everyone. Everyone would have supported her against her dad and he would have been helpless to stop the wedding. He clearly needs the Poddar name and the job at their law firm more than they need him, so no way would he have divorced Kajal and upset Kaveri. Now instead of coming clean, she is having an affair with her sister's husband. How does she not see how this is gonna end? Abhir is a selfish, useless man-child who knows nothing but throwing temper tantrums and is not dependable at all. This whole thing spells disaster of the worst kind.

Earlier atleast Kinjal, Pakhi, Barkha used to be styled well, now even the supporting cast and Rahi get awful styling. Oh wait, I forgot. In the case of Anupama, a certain lead actress got insecure about the costumes of the other women in the show and interfered in the styling, result is in front of us. Rahi will NEVER be allowed to shine in any way in the show unless her maata ji exits.
